1. Who we are

Pro Logistics provides logistics, warehousing, material-handling, storage, loading-bay, and related business solutions in Lebanon. For the personal information described in this policy, Pro Logistics is the organization responsible for deciding why and how that information is used.

Our office is located at Saida, Qaaqaaiyet El Snoubar, Tibna Main Road, Lebanon. You can contact us using the details in Section 12.

When you visit the Website, our hosting provider and enabled technologies may process technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring page, pages visited, interaction events, and the date and time of access. This information may be stored in server logs or associated with cookies and similar identifiers.

Please do not send sensitive personal information through our enquiry forms unless we specifically request it and provide an appropriate way to do so.

We use personal information where reasonably necessary to:

• respond to enquiries, requests for quotations, meeting requests, or support needs;

• manage and improve our Website, forms, customer experience, and business operations;

Campaign measurement

Some campaign, event, landing, and confirmation pages use the Meta Pixel and LinkedIn Insight Tag. These tools may receive information about your visit, including the page URL, referrer, IP address, browser or device characteristics, timestamps, and interactions such as page views, button clicks, or form-completion events. Meta and LinkedIn may use cookies or match this information to an account, subject to their own policies and your account settings. We receive campaign and audience reports, generally in aggregated form.

Your choices

You can restrict or delete cookies through your browser settings and manage advertising preferences in your Meta and LinkedIn accounts. Blocking some technologies may affect parts of the Website. Browser controls do not necessarily block all server logs or cookie-free technologies.

• service providers that host, maintain, secure, analyze, or support our Website and communications, including Netlify, which processes and stores Website form submissions;
• Google, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and similar providers when their embedded content, fonts, maps, analytics, or campaign tools are used;

• an acquiring or successor organization in connection with a proposed or completed merger, reorganization, financing, or sale; and
• other parties when you direct us to share information or provide valid consent.

We do not sell your personal information for money. Advertising technologies may, however, constitute “sharing” or targeted advertising under certain privacy laws, in which case you may have additional opt-out rights.

6. International processing

Some of our service providers operate infrastructure or personnel outside Lebanon. As a result, your information may be processed in other countries whose privacy laws may differ from those in your location. Where required, we use appropriate contractual, organizational, or other safeguards for such transfers.

These rights may be limited by law and may not apply in every case. To protect your information, we may need to verify your identity and clarify your request before responding. You may also contact the competent authority where applicable.

10. Children's privacy

The Website is intended for businesses and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the Website. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so we can review and, where appropriate, delete it.

11. External services and links

The Website includes links to or content from other services, including Google Maps, YouTube, social media platforms, and the Workable careers portal. These third parties control their own privacy practices. Opening a link or interacting with embedded content may allow that provider to collect information directly from you. Please review the relevant provider's privacy notice before supplying personal information.

Job applications submitted through Workable are handled under the notices and terms presented on that careers portal and are not submitted through Pro Logistics' Website forms.

We may update this policy to reflect changes to the Website, our practices, or applicable requirements. The effective date at the top shows when this version became effective. Material changes may also be highlighted on the Website where appropriate.
